Online Sales

In this mode, all transactions take place over the internet. Patrons or tourist log into the portal, choose the day, the event, a particular class of seat and close the deal with a convenient payment mode. Cancellations and refunds are also carried out through the same channel after deducting a predetermined service fee (if required).

Box Office

Box Office sales take place at the event point just before the commencement of an event. It is a simple process – patrons order tickets from a NeoEMS-enabled device, choose a ticket type, pay for tickets by cash, debit/credit cards or any other convenient payments mode.

Kiosk Sales

At Kiosks, patrons can self-operate the machine. Ticket buyers can choose one of many events, event date, and seats and straightway proceed to pay by either swiping their debit/credit cards or use a phone payment system such by capturing a code or RFID device.

Mobile Phone

At the core of our mobile phone ticketing system is an app that tourists, visitors, and patrons install on their Android, iOS or Windows phone to carry out the ticket buying process.
